Once again these muffins are quick and easy and really delicious.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups self raising flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 250 grams white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries (I used frozen)
- 2 1/2 cups cold water
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Mix dry ingredients and add chocolate chips and raspberries and mix. Add wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Bake in a moderate oven (180 degrees C) for 15 mins then turn around and bake for another 7 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.

This is another great, quick and easy recipe. You normally make milk chocolate spiders but I decided to mix it up a bit with these white chocolate ones.

Ingredients
- 400 grams white chocolate
- 100 grams butter
- 2 packets of changs noodles
- 1 cup cranberries
Method
In a bowl mix together the noodles and the cranberries.
Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat. When it is almost melted add the white chocolate. Keep stirring until all melted and combined.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the noodle mixture and stir until combined.
Drop in teaspoonfulls onto paper lined trays. Place in the fridge to set. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
