  • soy sauce – splash
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • 1 tblsp garlic

Method

Meatballs:  Mix mince, rolled oats, salt, beef stock and eggs together.  Then place a bit of mince in your hand and put a small piece of feta into the middle of the ball and close it over so you can’t see the feta.

 Notes:

  • I use my own  homemade feta, but any feta would do.
  • I really like using French Onion Soup Mix with my beef, but I didn’t have any.  I would use this in the meatballs instead of the beef stock.
  • I used my own preserved tomatoes, and they worked really well.
  • I made my meatballs early and put them into the fridge to set for an hour or so.

ENJOY!
