CHOC CHIP OAT SLICE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 500 grams chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs – lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 1/2 cups milk

Mix dry ingredients and then add wet and mix until combined.

Place mixture into a lined tin and bake in a moderate oven (180 degrees C) for approximately 30 minutes.DSC_1983

ENJOY!!

PS: This was a big slice and the ingredients can easily be halved to make it smaller.
