- 2 cups plain flour
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 500 grams chocolate chips
- 2 eggs – lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 1/2 cups milk
Mix dry ingredients and then add wet and mix until combined.
Place mixture into a lined tin and bake in a moderate oven (180 degrees C) for approximately 30 minutes.
PS: This was a big slice and the ingredients can easily be halved to make it smaller.
